Cognitive
Behavioural Coaching with NLP can
be used as an alternative to
hypnotherapy as it also
produces rapid benefits. People
who do not want to be hypnotised but are looking for
a similar brief therapy, which can be experienced in
a fully awake state, may favour this over
hypnotherapy.
Cognitive
Behavioural Coaching with NLP is outcome focused and
empowers clients to take a step back and gain a new
perspective of past experiences and tap into and
build on their internal resources. In order to
create the person you want to be it can be hugely
beneficial to revisit past and present experiences
and the way you think about the future. For

I will work with you
to define your goals, increase your awareness of your
internal resources/skills and pin down how you can use
and build on these to achieve your goals. I will
increase your self awareness through drawing attention
to what you say, how you use verbal and non-verbal
language to say this and your behaviour.
This may lead
to identifying limiting beliefs that affect your
attitude, outlook and behaviour. Where appropriate I
will challenge these and help you to replace them with
more positive beliefs, which will open your mind to more
choices and new behaviours. This will help you to work
towards your goals and empower you to take control of
your life.
Cognitive
Behavioural Coaching with NLP can
effectively address specific issues in three to six
sessions. Six or more sessions may be required for more
deep rooted issues. However, coaching combined with
hypnotherapy may be more appropriate for deeper issues,
see below.
