Terms and conditions of product use

Downloading or listening to any Harmony4Life product indicates you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions below.  This creates a legal contract that is immediately effective and binds you and Harmony4Life to the Terms and Conditions set out here.  This agreement will be wholly governed by English Law.  In a nutshell, it is your responsibility to apply common sense and use the product appropriately as outlined below.

Harmony4Life cannot and will not accept any responsibility or be held legally liable for any of the following:

1. For any damage or injury, caused to person or property, as a result of your negligence in following the instructions provided and terms and conditions of use set out here.  You are fully responsible for your actions during and following the use of any Harmony4Life product and are advised to seek medical advice if you have any concerns.  Harmony4Life and its employees and/ or associated agents are released from any liability claims.

2. For any damages relating to the use of the Harmony4Life site, including content, advertisements, affiliates, links or products. 

3. For any damages arising from third party use of Harmony4Life products.  As Harmony4Life’s contract becomes legally binding with you when you listen or download any product it is your responsibility to ensure that third parties do not use these products.  You are also not permitted to sell, re-sell, loan, lend, hire, lease or otherwise display or distribute Harmony4Life products. 

Do not listen to Hypnosis, Six Segment Subliminal Messaging or Relaxation MP3s whilst driving or operating machinery.  These MP3s may make you drowsy and/ or relaxed due to relaxing suggestions and/ or the use of relaxing background audio, such as binaural beats.  Due to this you may fall asleep whilst using these recordings. 

You are therefore advised not to listen to Hypnosis, Six Segment Subliminal Messaging or Relaxation MP3s whilst driving, operating machinery or 30 minutes prior to any activities, which require your full attention, as this may put you and other people at risk. 

You should also use Silent Subliminal MP3s and Affirmation MP3s with caution when driving or operating machinery.  Although these are unlikely to make you drowsy it is your responsibility to use them sensibly and ensure you are not distracted when your full concentration is required.

Harmony4Life information and products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical care and treatment or be interpreted as medical advice; they are simply offered as complementary therapeutic tools. 

Your choice to use Harmony4Life information and products is at your own risk and discretion, as Harmony4Life cannot guarantee they will be suitable for your individual needs.  If you are suffering from any medical condition or believe that you may need medical treatment you are advised to seek professional help from your Doctor or another medical professional.

Important warnings!  

Please contact your doctor or medical professional if you want to use Harmony4Life Subliminal or Hypnosis MP3s and any of the following apply to you: 

• You are pregnant, epileptic, wear a heart pacemaker or are prone to seizures

• You are under the influence of medication or drugs

• You are under the age of 18 (if you are under 18 it is advisable to be examined by a doctor or medical professional for epilepsy or illnesses that may contribute to seizures)

• You suffer from anxiety/ panic attacks or any other condition that may be aggravated negatively by the psychological nature of hypnosis/ hypnotherapy

• You have any longstanding and/ or serious mental sub normalities/ deficiencies, e.g. nervous or psychiatric condition, including, but not limited to, schizophrenia, psychosis, severe depression (bi-polar/ manic, endogenous, clinical or psychotic depression), personality disorder(s) (pathological/ immature personality disorder), alcohol/ drug psychosis, senile/ organic psychosis, schizophrenia or emotional instability

• You are receiving psychopharmacological drugs, illegal drugs or psychiatric/ psychotherapeutic treatment (Harmony4Life products may disrupt your treatment)

Important warnings related to the Harmony4Life Progressive Relaxation Programme

• Only do the exercises which feel comfortable for you 

• Take particular care when tensing muscle groups in your neck and back

• If you have any history of serious injuries, muscle spasms, back or neck problems it is advisable to seek medical advice before using this programme

• Tensing the muscles in your calves, feet and toes can cause cramping

• If you experience cramping avoid any exercises that cause this

• If you feel anything more than mild discomfort during any exercise stop immediately and consult a doctor or medical professional

The customer agrees not to:
